Custom One Of A Kind Pixel Lightsaber Complete Package. This is a custom made, one of a kind lightsaber. Painstakingly made by hand from start to finish. No CNC machines or automation of any kind were involved in the fabrication of this lightsaber hilt.

The hilt has distressed weathering with a heated shroud. At 12 3/4 inches long this hilt weights 1 pound 14 ounces and 2 pounds 5 ounces with blade. The high quality durable hilt is made of 6061 Aluminum alloy, brass and wood. The outside diameter is 1.5 inches and the inside diameter is 1.10, giving it heft and stability. It's length is 12-1/2 inches from top of emmiter to bottom of pommel. The chassis is made from hand machined delrin. The speaker is mounted inside the pommel and has a pcb with pogo pin connectors so the SD card can be easily accessed without having to deal with speaker wires getting in the way. The brass pommel adds the needed weight to balance the hilt. Installed is Verso soundboard ShtokCustomWorx NPXL NeoPixel LED Connector PCB with spring pins, 5 leds within the pcb board for lighting blade plugs, or just as a bonus because it looks cool.

The blade is made from 1 inch thin wall transwhite polycarbonate with a core of 260 neopixel leds encased in foam for diffusion and protecting the leds. Tweezers for removing and replacing the 16 gb SD card that seats behind the speaker. To see this lightsaber go to the youtube link below.
