Birthday cake vintage Disney characters Signed 8 candles one-of-a-kind Pencil

  
It is with the initials F. Under the cake along with 38.

When it is framed it will make a very nice and collectible drawing. The drawing is12 by nine and a half approximate.

The detail in this drawing is very well done with many cartoon characters. You'll receive paperwork on this drawing on Frank Follmer. Note I'm not sure what the eight candles stands for but the 38 under the initials could have something to do when this pencil drawing was done, please see all photos and take notice to the artwork on this drawing, it really is a wonderful piece of Disney Vintage pencil drawing.
