Another wonderful enamel from Elliot Hall Enamels. This is freehand-painted by Sandra Selby (Sandra Dance, a painter for Moorcroft) on a bell shaped charm or ornament. There are four snowmen on the sides and one on the bottom each carrying a brightly colored wreath. The enamel is signed on the bottom S. The enamel comes in its white padded box.

The bell measures approximately 1 1/4 tall. Mint condition and first quality.
