Custom one of a kind Neopixel stunt Lightsaber Complete Kit

  
This is a custom made, one of a kind lightsaber. Made by hand from start to finish. No CNC machines or automation of any kind were involved in the fabrication of this lightsaber. Just manual mills and lathes. The hilt is made of 6061 Aluminum alloy and the outer shell of the Emitter is made of steel. The chassis is milled from solid delrin installed with a high amp 6 pin connector that allows the chassis to be completely removed from the hilt and the two switches to be stationary. No part of this lightsaber is 3D printed. Which means this lightsaber is not perfect - but it is awesome! Installed is an open sourced Proffieboard V2.2 soundboard.

Others can be added by connecting to a Computer. Or you can use the 13 blade colors that come installed. ShtokCustomWorx NPXL NeoPixel LED Connector PCB with pogo pins, 5 leds within the pcb board for lighting blade plugs, or just as a bonus because it looks cool. 90° Angle micro USB cable for connecting to a computer so you can change blade styles and fonts.

The blade is made from 1 inch thin wall transwhite polycarbonate with a core of 250 neopixel leds encased in foam for diffusion and protecting the leds during dueling. The blade sits a whopping 3 inches inside the Emitter which makes it strong and secure. The blade fits extremely snug inside the Emitter blade holder. The set screw help to hold it in, but isn't absolutely necessary because of the firm fit into the blade holder. We'd suggest still using the set screw if you plan to duel with this saber.

5/64 Allen wrench for locking down the blade and taking apart the Saber. The grip of the hilt is inspired by leather strap wrappings we've seen on swords, knives and lightsabers alike. We wanted to give it that look but carve it into the aluminum. Holding this hilt feels amazing. The Emitter is inspired by the "Darkside Ray" double saber.

We gave the steel part of the Emitter a chard work over during the weathering process. Our design for the chassis and connectors to the switches and Neopixel PCB is unlike any other on the market.

Using a high Amp 6 pin connector we were able to make the buttons stationary, and allow the chassis to be completely removed. It's a unique design that makes programming the board via pc convenient and changing out the battery super easy. The last photo shows an Emitter I'll throw it as well.
