The shape and style of this saddle tree indicate that it is Mexican. I got this from a vendor from Mexico many years ago. As a piece of craftsmanship it is excellent work. The various parts are shaped and fitted as well as being pegged together not nailed or screwed. The horn is large like the normal Mexican saddle and there is a piece broken off the side probably from use. It is as solid as the day it was made and could still be used after all these years. I have not seen another like it. As a piece of western DECOR it is heads above any I have seen.

THIS IS A WORK OF ART not just a saddle tree. Whoever made this was a premier craftsman/artist and knew his business. Check out my other items!
