This particular piece was collected from east central Texas in the "Brazos Valley" Brazos County Texas near the cities of Bryan/College Station home of Texas A&M University The fighting Aggies! Geological Yegua fm known for its beautiful well preserved petrified wood. Just one of Texas' many hidden gems. If you ever find yourself driving through that area keep looking at the houses.
