Jeff Hanegan was born and raised in downtown Santa Ana Jeff has been in Arkansas for 20 years. The Artist Says Im a Lowbrow hot rod artist from Southern California. Rat Fink and the Munsters are an influence on his heart.

The Artist put those two things together and mixed it with a punk rock feel. All custom, all original, one of a kind piece. The artist has other drawings, paintings, and tattoos. He is also a local tattoo artist with 30 years of experience under his belt.

Jeff says hes been drawing before he started school. I remember the things I used to draw when I was a kid, and then when I became a tattoo artist a buddy of mine told me you draw so much why dont you paint Jeff says Well I dont know how and I went over to his house, and I watched him for about an hour. Ever since then I havent stopped. The artist used two different colors of green spray paint, and the turquoise is one shot pinstriping paint. The picture of the monster is done with multicolored acrylics with a heavy clear coat of spray paint on it.

So its safe to clean just dont use alcohol-based cleaners. This is the first item in the series the Artist is doing. The tool box is lined with Leopard print fabric.

The artist says the toolbox was a rusty Mess, and he restored it. The entire process took 3 months. The tool box measures 20 long x 9 tall x 8.5 wide.
