Perfect for the left handed Chef! This is a custom made Chef's Knife made by the legendary knife maker Chris Reeve. This knife features a 9 blade constructed from S35VN premium steel, with an Ultem 100 handle. The blade, following traditional Japanese single side blade grinding is only ground on one side, with a hollow grind, leaving the opposing side with a flat grind.

This unique grinding pattern facilitates precision cutting. The handle features a palm swell specifically designed for left handed use. This knife is no longer in production, so this is one of the last NEW knives of its kind available anywhere! This is the knife that the left handed Chef in your life has always dreamed of!!
