The bottle is 54mm without the chain. According to the ancient pharmacy tradition the most deadly poisons was kept in blue, red or green bottles, in order to be easily recognizable.
Beside the warning colors the death symbols like skull and bones was adopted to be 100% sure that the poison wont be mistaken with some other medicine.
