Artisan One of a kind Z scale train layout scratch built 24 X 48 SEE PHOTO'S

  

24" x 48" Scratch-built Z scale train layout. This one is called "Greenville" This layout was not quick and easy and was not built with foam board. The materials used were plaster of Paris, wood, non toxic glue, non toxic paint and other added materials. It was hand painted to give weathering and other effects. Completely handmade Miniature in realism, I call it moving art.

You have probably seen these layouts on E bay through the years. These layouts are numbered and signed by the artist. These are built to last a lifetime or two.. A perfect gift for anybody special to you, Great item for mental health, lol. I call it the great escape. With its realistic Lake, trees, cabins, tackle shop, lights and more. In the back of the layout there are Amber and flickering red lights behind the tree line to give it ambiance.

There are 2 campfires by the cabins on the lake. There are two fire pits on the houses on the hill towards the back.

In the front there are street lights to light up the front of the diorama and some lights to light up to track. I will be posting more pictures of the layout with the lights on.

There is 2 independent Marklin Z scale track loops with sidings for extra train cars. You can run 2 loops on one power pack or 2 tracks on a power pack each. The inside loop does not connect with the outside loop. You can very easily do so if you want. I made this easy to operate without all the fancy electric switches.

One wire for the inside track. One wire for the outside track. One wire for the street lights. One wire for the camp fires and fire pits. One wire for the light in the rear of the layout behind the tree line. All ae 9 volts DC. Can be operated with 9 volt batteries or 9 volt power packs.

Trains and Transformer are NOT included either are the small vehicles seen in photos, The listing is for the layout only. Any questions please feel free to ask. Good for ages 10-100 years old.
