Circular Date Stamp Collection One-of-a-Kind Postal Indicia Collector's Notebook

  

This is a personal informal collection of CDS postmarks collected from ca. The collection is in an Eagle Line National No. 12871 Black two-ring binder with cloth repair. The CDS are close-cropped and taped or glued to lined 2-ring holed notebook paper with reinforced holes.

Each page includes a handwritten title for the state or country of CDS origin. The CDSs are organized by U. State, then by other countries. It appears that all states are represented in this collection.

Additionally, CDSs are included from the following. This aspect of the collection is minimal, generally 1-2. The collection includes postmarks from closed U. Post Office locations; for example, Academy, South Dakota. The postmark includes the cancelled one cent stamp and is dated Dec. The collection includes index pages of locations contained in the collection. These are on lined notebook paper or typing paper. They are typed in red or handwritten, generally in pencil.

These pages may include typing practice or doodles. The CDSs: Earliest noted date is 1908 but collection may include earlier CDSs. The latest date noted at a glance is 1961.
