It was made by Monnie Wilson. He is made of Papier-mâché. She did not make many of these characters. He is one of a kind.. Monnie Wilson is no longer making Papier mache items.

What a shame as she did great work. He was made to be like the antique pieces of years ago. He has been in my collection for a good while. He is from a smoke free and pet free environment. Please view pics as they serve as part of the description.
