ONE OF A KIND 18k gold, enamel&Diamonds brooch for Empress Sisi of Austria. The brooch comes with the original luxury red morocco leather presentation box, decorated with gold binding depicting the Austro-Hungarian royal crown. Decorated with top quality old Rose/Dutch cut Diamonds A lot of sparkles. The sparkle of old cut diamonds is deeper and warmer, almost glowing in a way that draws the eye into the stone instead of bouncing the light back out. This makes old cut diamonds star performers in candlelight and other low light settings. This is much more than a nice antique brooch-this is a piece of the history.

Provenance: This uniqie brooch has been made specially for Empress Elisabeth (Sisi) and she wear it for several years. Back in later 1890's she awared the brooch to her last Lady-in-waiting Countess Irma Sztaray. The brooch comes from Sztaray's family estate. NOTE:PLEASE OBSERVE CAREFULLY THE PHOTOS!
