A Custom made QUILT BLANKET that uses 20 WWII Pillow Cases, Sweetheart Cloth to make this real "ONE OF A KIND" beautiful collectible! A Great CUSTOM Made QUILT by a highly skilled seamstress using 20 Original vintage WWII silk pillow cases that were given by servicemen to their Mom, Sweetheart, Wife, Sister or a loved one!

This beautiful RARE Quilt also features various types of art that ranges from flowery and pretty to the name of the Base where they were stationed or even a Town or State... We collected these unique WWII era silk & satin pillow covers for many years.. We really like them and came up with the idea of having our collection made into this beautiful large QUILT - BLANKET! We commissioned this "Ond Of A Kind" collectible to be custom made by a highly qualified Seamstress to make this beautiful large QUILT - BLANKET! The designer used this new backing to protect these fragile 75 year old WWII collectible silks.. She applied satin separators and gold fringe all around the quilt.. This great hand-sewn Quilt measures approximately 8 Feet Long x 6 Feet Wide..

Of course, all the WWII Silk Cases are Original.. We picked some of best ones so they would be clean, but still have some stains, but no rips or tears.. And we wanted the most unusal and rarest Pillows we could find! These highly treasured WWII Era Silk Satin Pillows are all original and feature such nice artwork as FLOWERS & a POEM for his WIFE!
