THIS ONE OF A KIND KNIFE WAS BUILT IN WYOMING USING HAND TOOLS FEATURING A BLANK BOWIE CARBON BLADE. THE SCALES ARE BONE COLORED MICARTA THAT HAVE DARKENED WITH AGE. IT HAS A GERMAN SILVER HILT THAT WAS POPULAR AND IS HISTORICALLY ACCURATE.

IT RESEMBLES THE SHORT SWORDS USED IN THE CIVIL WAR BUT WAS ACTUALLY BASED ON AN EARLY MOUNTAIN MAN SWEET WATER TRAPPER DESIGN LATER POPULARIZED BY JIM BOWIE. THIS KNIFE IS DECORATIVE AS WELL AS FUNCTIONAL. ADD THIS FINE KNIFE TO YOUR COLLECTION. MEASURMENTS: OVERALL LENGTH IS 15. THE BLADE IS 9 7/8.
