THE ITEM SEEMS TO HAVE HAD THE ORIGINAL NAME PLACEMENT NOT ATTACHED - THERE IS A WHITE BACKER BOARD 6 X 3 1/4 ATTACHED. THEREFORE ANYONE'S NAME COULD BE ADDED. THE FLAGS ARE IN BEAUTIFUL SHAPE - BOTH ARE FULL OF COLOR AND HAVE NO FADING. THE IMAGES ARE CRISP AND COLORFUL. THE BACKER BOARD DOES HAVE A STRIP OF DOUBLE BACK TAPE ON THE BACK SEE PICTURES.
