OUTSTANDING Hand Sculpted Borzoi Dog Figure- One of a Kind. SUPERB

  

I'm shooting from the hip when it comes to country of origin, my belief is American. I filled my van 13 times with goodies. These people were dog lovers- like me and there were a number of pieces that features a Borzoi or two. This example is entirely hand-sculpted and surprisingly it has no signature, which is surprising as this is a little masterpiece. The dog is Beautifully rendered.

Measures 8 1/2" in length and 3 1/2" tall. I would date second half of the 20th century. Pictures help to tell the story. Thanks for looking and Good Luck.
