It measures about 21-1/2" x 18" x 11. We've never seen one similar. No markings/branding except on the bowl. Welding splatter remains on the welds.

These are the reasons we feel it's a custom "One Of A Kind" piece! Chips and scratches throughout along with light oxidation. The porcelain bowl is in fair condition showing wear but not with ugly large chips. We added the Mickey Mouse soap.

It's from about the year 2000. Another nice touch would be to add a matching water pitcher to sit on the lower shelf. Only One so if you Love it like we do Don't Hesitate!
