For your very special consideration, is this ultra rare, genuine Michael Klaas custom handmade Damascus steel hunting knife with genuine leather sheath. If you are familiar with Michael Klaas, you know that this is a one-of-a-kind, painstakingly crafted piece of cutlery. The blade of this beautiful unique hunting knife is hand forged Damascus steel (1095 high carbon steel with 512 layers).

The overall length of this knife is approximately 12" (not accounting for the curvature) and the length of its blade is 6.25". The blade has free hand grinds and has been heat treated to produce an HRC of 57. The approximate thickness of the blade is 5mm. It is also honed to razor sharp edge and full-tang.

The handle is made of genuine buckhorn with some type of black material accompanied with brass and red fiber spacers. This piece does have some wear from normal use but overall is in good functional condition. This amazing item was made in Spain by Michael Klaas. Stamped Michael Klaas and Espana.
