VTG NATIVE AMERICAN STERLING TURQUOISE DRAGONFLY CROSS NECKLACE. If you're searching for a statement necklace look no further - you've found it. The provenance, as with most unsigned Native American pieces is hazy at best.

Most unsigned pieces were for personal or ceremonial use. I can tell you that this most unusual necklace came from a Navajo gentleman who said it is an early piece. Some will see a dragonfly while others cross - we simply see beauty.

Total Item Weight: 247.7 grams. Handmade Bench Beads: 12.65mm to 12.91mm. Length including squaw wrapped sterling chain: 29" - 30". Features: 39 dragonflies/crosses graduating in size from largest 79.09mm x 59.53mm to 40.67mm x 25.37mm. Circa: Unknown, but likely an early piece.

Center placed on largest cross is a 12mm x 12.75mm robin's egg blue stone with a grey to brown matrix in a sawtooth setting. There is a natural inclusion on the lower right corner, so please examine photographs. Condition: Good Vintage AS SHOWN.
